Cake Decorator and Wedding Consultant Shayla Berkins started at Dallas Affaires in 2012. As our lead wedding consultant, Shayla personally sees each wedding cake from conception to delivery. She helps our brides realize their fantasy by producing magnificent cakes to serve as the centerpiece of their fairytale weddings.
